- Description
- This is a notice of intent to contract with the University of Colorado at Boulder, P.O Box 4451, Boulder CO, 80306 on an other than full and open competitive basis for specific Engineering Investigations (EIs) consisting of the propagation of visible [via] microwave electromagnetic waves through atmospheric turbulence and acoustic wave propagation in the ocean. These EIs are for the U.S. Naval P-3C Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) mission support. The University of Colorado?s distinct knowledge in the aforementioned area is critical to the current Non-Traditional ASW efforts.
