- NA W74V8H-04-R-1121 is hereby amended to provide additional information for consideration in proposal preparation. The additional information may be found at Defense Contracting Command-Washington's homepage at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/Services.htm The deadline for questions regarding this procurement is COB 12 Dec 03. Express mail is required for prompt delivery of proposals. Hand delivery of proposals will require entry through the Pentagon's Metro entrance whereas the courier will go through a security screening into a waiting area.
