Description

NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Gunnebo Johnson Corporation, 1240 N. Harvard, Tulsa OK 74115, for services necessary to perform analysis, engineering design and fabrication of compon ents to deficiencies associated with the main hoist wire rope on the USACE Floating Crane, HENRY M. SHREVE. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not c onstitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to condu ct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received.
