The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Priced Multi-Year Contract with a Base Year and four renewal Option Years. The Gorgas Memorial Library located at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR ), 503 Robert Grant Ave, Washington, DC 20307-5100 has a requirement for Technical Support Services. The library not only supports WRAIR but also the Naval Medical Research Center, both of which have several outlying pockets of biomedical researchers and s upport staff including six overseas facilities. The Library requires a support staff to augment and support four Army civilian librarians and two Navy library technicians. The Library has three functional areas and most of the services are required in the Direct Patron Assistance and Indirect Patron Assistance functional areas.
