- U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN PORT ORANGE, FLORIDA Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 17,625 rentable square feet yielding a range of 15,326 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Port Orange, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Location:**Amended The area of consideration is as follows: **North: Northern side of Dunlawton Avenue, to the intersection of Big Tree Road and Clyde Morris Boulevard, **South: Southern side of Dunlawton to the intersection of Clyde Morris Boulevard and Victoria Gardens Boulevard, **West: Intersection of Dunlawton Avenue and Taylor Branch Road and Crooked Pine Road East: Intersection of Dunlawton Avenue and Spruce Creek Road. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government prefers first floor building space, with total square footage contiguous on a single floor. Lease Term: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
