- NSN: 3040-01-324-0887 HOUSING, MECHANICAL DRIVE E/I E-2C AIRCRAFT. NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYS 26512 P/N GRD24606 Quantity required 29 ea ; Delivery to DD San Diego within 90 days ADO, FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 22, 26 The solicitation will be available on its issue date of Dec 26, 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. Proposed procurement contains a 100 % option for increased quantities. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance.
