Quantity of 210 Each to be delivered in 140 days to New Cumberland PA. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 29 DEC 03 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. This is a 100% HUBZone Set Aside . All responsible sources, fitting the Small Business Administration?s HUBZone criteria, may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered . While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price , delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors, as described in the solicitation.
