- Modification revises contract type to Fixed Price/Economic Price Adjustment Indefinite Quantity Contract and corrects the unit of issue for the Estimated Annual Demand quantities to bottle. Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-1305, LTC03289015132, NSN 6810-00-850-7787, Potassium Hydroxide Solution, 30% solution of Potassium Hydroxide, D.O.T. CLASS: 8. Shipping name: Potassium Hydroxide, Solution, PG II UN 1814. Unit Qty is a bottle containing 6 QTS net. Packaging exception applies; see solicitation for details. MSDS and label required for NSN. An unrestricted technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. Solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and will result in a Fixed Price/Economic Price Adjustment Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year with four one-year option periods. Base year Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 2,590 bottles, option year EAD is 2,072 bottles. Stock delivery to SRG, Richmond, VA and AQ5, Tracy, CA will be FOB Destination with Inspection & Acceptance Origin. QAP 010 applies. Pricing will be for stock lines. Requested delivery is 34 DARO for stock. This is a Critical Application Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
