- Description
- The VA Medical and Regional Office Center, Togus, ME intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Northeast Paging, Westbrook, Maine for rental of short and long range pagers for its employee(s). The contract period will be January 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 with 4 option years. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by submitting literature and documentations detailing their ability to provide the service to the Contracting Officer (BSL1) or by fax (207) 623-5762. A determination by the Government to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. No solicitation will be made available and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. All responses must be submitted in writing or fax no later than 4:30 P.M. December 23, 2003.
