Description

NA This posting constitutes the U.S. Mililtary Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to ISI, 3501 Market Street, Philadelphia,PA 19104, for database access to Web of Science Citation Index and Social Science Index for the USMA Library. Award amount is estimated at $35,997. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 518111 and the size standard is $21M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated respresentative. See numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Pamela. Jones@usma.edu. A determination by the Governmen t not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
