PRON: AX3F5515AX, NSN: 1680-01-269-7284, PN: 7-311D10018-3, QUANTITY: 78 each with Two 100% Options, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to Simmonds Precision Products Inc., Cage Code 12511 a nd McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Cage Code 8V613, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Production Lead-time is 10 eac h 210 Days After Contract Award (DACA), and 10 each month thereafter. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitati on by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification r equirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2 751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
