- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Sharp/Eagle Chassis, part number 520260-1XX and 900055-00 with non-recurring engineering charges (Quantity ? 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Macrolink Inc. due to compatibility with existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it?s ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
