- Description
- The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure on a sole source basis technical support on Intellitcatics' Network Security Manager and Network Security Manager Advanced Analytics to U.S. Joint Forces Command - Joint C4ISR Battle Center personnel with Intellitcatics, 6550 Rock Spring Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817-1126. Network Security Manager and Network Security Manager Advanced Analytics was designed and developed by Intellitactics. Therefore, only Intellitactics has the technical data, expertise and experience for performing the effort required. The support is necessary as the Joint C4ISR Battle Center is currently performing an assessment of the subject platform. This acquisition is being processed under FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The Government anticipates issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order. The applicable NAICS code is 541511, and the Small Business Size Standard is $21 million. This requirement is to provide services commencing 05 January 2004 through 29 February 2004. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or to submit a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements. Contact Mr. John D.
