- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC San Diego) is soliciting white papers on behalf of the United States Transportation Command for demonstration of innovations in Fiscal Year 2005 to increase the responsiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Defense Transportation System. Areas of interest include: High Speed Lift, Agile Port, Decision Support/Information System, and Force Protection.
