- Description
- The Social Security Administration has a requirement for trash and debris removal and disposal services at various locations within and around the Main Complex, Baltimore, Maryland 21235. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the service of trash and debris removal and disposal services. The contractor shall provide one 42 cubic yard compactor container to be picked up daily at the Operations Building Loading Dock; one 42 cubic yard compactor container to be picked up two days a week at the National Computer Center; one 42 cubic yard compactor container to be picked up two days a week at the Supply Building; one 8 cubic yard covered dumpster to be picked up daily at the Day Care Center; one 8 cubic yard covered dumpster to be picked up daily at the Annex Cafeteria and one 8 cubic yard covered dumpster to be picked up daily at the Main Cafeteria (excluding Government holidays) between 6:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. eastern standard time. The contractor shall also provide a 30 cubic yard open top container for unscheduled pickups at any of the above locations when needed. A site visit will take place on or about January 6, 2004. The period of performance shall be for a one year base period with four 1-year options. The proposed method of acquisition considered is unrestricted. Solicitation SSA-RFP-04-0093 will be available on the website on or about December 26, 2003. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
