- The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol Air and Marine Operations Center, El Paso, Texas is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation EFO-4-R-0003 is being issued as a Request for Proposals for commercial items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-18. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
