Description
PR-No.: IQC03296009030. NSN 6625-01-327-5323. Probe-Lead Assembly. This item is sole source to (Cage Code 35012) Smith Aerospace, Inc. P/N 29314700. Adequate Data for the evaluation of Alternate Offers is not available at the Procurement Agency. The Offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. See Notes 22 and 26. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 300-each in 165 days ADO, and any balance to be delivered at the rate of 200 each every 30-days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various quantity increments solicited: 75 to 199, 200 to 299, 300 to 399, 400 to 499, 500-599, 600-699. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This solicitation is an Indefinite Quantity Contract and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 7 January 2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is unrestricted. Approved source is Smiths Aerospace, Inc. (35012). The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-months Basic Contract, and (4) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 5-years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
