NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-04-T-0141. CLIN 0001- ANALYZER: process multi/method/channel(NGA 2000 MLT4) Model Z-A-4-3-B3-G2-06-A4-00-B-2-H-0-A-0-V-E-0-4, 6 EACH with t he following: module, process chemiluminescence NO/NOX analyzer module (NGA/NOX 2000 CLD), model CLD-01-E-4-01-00, 4 EACH; enclosure dual compartment PN 656264, 2 EACH. Do not substitute must be exact regarding measurement ranges, gas path materials, dete ction technologies and other parameters have been chosen to meet chemistry unit sampling criteria and must not be altered. Model numbers and part numbers referenced are those of Rosemount Analytical. Requisition Number W81C5M-3328-0017. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB DEST Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--C ommercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are Technical, Price and Past Performance and less important than price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, mus t be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
