- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N0025932404805 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Offeror is to identify which CLIN?s are quoted open market and which are Federal Supply Schedule (GSA). 0001 CONFERENCE ROOM UPGRADEUpgrade of the Radiology North Conference Room Audio-Visual system at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. Existing set-up includes two ceiling-mounted LCD projectors with integrated PC. Upgrade to include:- Wall-mounted video teleconferencing system (Polycom H.323 or equivalent). This system should have an intetgrated camera with at least 65 degrees field of view and 12x zoom, frame rate of 30 fps @ 768 Kbps, support full duplex digital audio, and interface with standard LCD/PC. Omnidirectional microphone should be included. Interface to the hospital network will be through 10/100 TCP/IP connection.- 8X4 wideband matrix switcher (Extron CrossPoint 84HVA or equivalent) - Audio system to support existing PC/AV setup, including audio mixer (Gentner XAP-800 or equivalent), amplifier, line input module, rack mount, and 12 ceiling-installed uniform directivity speakers.- Microphone system, to include podium microphone (AudioTechnica ES915C or equivalent), microphone receiver, and wireless lavalier microphone (AudioTechnica AT831CW or equivalent).- Dual-bus control system (Crestron PRO-2 or equivalent) to control LCD projectors, audio, and AV conferencing systems.
