Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office plans to award a sole-source commercial item contract in the amount of $50,000.00 for PivotPro maintenance utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Portrait Displays, Inc. The Commercial Item is as follows: 5000 Licenses to Upgrade PivotPro Software and Maintenance Agreement. Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer?s software, only the software manufacturer, Portrait Displays, Inc., 6663 Owens Drive, Pleasanton, CA, 94588 is the only known source qualified to provide the required products.
