Description

This is a sole source requirement for NSN: 5895-01-449-9196SO; Noun: control indicator; Appl: MH53J. This requirement is for a basic contract period with a quantity of 2 each. There is a basic option quantity range of 1-5 each and two outyear option periods with a quantity range of 1-5 each for each option period. The total estimated quantity to be bought is 17 each. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 2 each due by 30 October 2004. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued to Cage Code: 90073, CMC Electronics, 600 Frederick Philips Blvd, Montreal. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
