Description
NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center (RMAC), Edgewood Division, is issuing this announcement to amend the release date for RFP W911SR-04-R-0005 from 05 December 2003 to 19 December 2003. The proposal due date is revised from 05 January 2004 to 3 0 January 2004. The SIC Code assigned to this procurement is 7389/NAICS Code 561910 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The JBPDS Mission Pack consists of three boxes/containers having the following: (1) Box 1 ?????? Liquid Mission Pack, Nomenclature : Liquid Consumables (MIL-DTL-32116, Type I), NSN: 6850-01-512-4430. Box 1 contains the bottled consumable fluids including De-Ionized (DI) water, Phosphate Buffer Solution (PBS) and Detergent, Quantity: 1,000 boxes; (2) Box 2 ?????? Sample Bottle Missi on Pack, Nomenclature: Sterile Bottles (MIL-DTL-32116, Type II), NSN: 6850-01-512-4433. Box 2 contains two sample bottles, Quantity: 560 boxes; (3) Box 3 ?????? Vial Mission Pack, Nomenclature: Tube, Biological Culture Sampling (MIL-DTL-32116, Type II I), NSN: 6850-01-512-4432. Box 3 contains one hundred (100) sample vials per box, Quantity: 47 boxes. The resultant contract will consist of a base requirement referred to in items (1), (2) and (3) above with 2 options for the same quantities specified for the base requirement. Base requirement is expected to be delivered to the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD within 105 calendar days from the date of contract award, including first article testing. Optional items may be exercised at any time up to 2 year s from date of contract award. Should option items be exercised, delivery shall be within 105 calendar days from the date the option was exercised. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
