Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, requires Moving Services for disassembled office furniture from the BRS Warehouse 510 Waverly Avenue Brooklyn, New York 11238, and the Omni Warehouse 4100 1st Avenue, 6 TH Floor, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11232 to the Thaddeus J. Dulski Federal Building, 111 West Huron Street, Buffalo, New York. The performance period is for a 30- Day period. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective performance of all services described herein. This procurement is reserved for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a response to the RFQ that shall be considered by the agency. The Request for Quotation (including amendments if applicable) will be available only through the Governmentwide point of entry (GPE) on the Internet at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The web site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. Interested parties will be responsible to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). The RFQ is tentatively scheduled to be posted to the web site on December 18, 2003. The NAICS Code is 484121 with a business size standard of $21.5million. The RFQ due date is January 12, 2003. Anticipated award date of January 20, 2003. All responses to the RFQ will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 Evaluation of quotations or offers. This announcement represents the Government's official information on this project. Any information taken from other publications is used at the sole risk of the offeror. The procuring office cannot guarantee the accuracy of information contained in other publications. No telephonic requests will be honored for this solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation should be provided by email or fax. RFQ's will be accepted by fax.
