- Recent questions and answers have been posted on this website for download. We are still experiencing a delay; please be aware that the final RFPs have NOT yet been issued for PMO and SPMO support. When the final RFPs are issued, the Ability to Succeed volume will be due two business days later (by 12 Noon). The deadline for the rest of the proposal volumes will slip the same number of days as the RFP issue date, so Offerors will have the same amount of time as originally anticipated for proposal preparation. New questions on the PMO and SPMO Support solicitations may still be sent to IIRO@army.pentagon.mil. Questions regarding the program in general should be sent to PMO-FAQ@osd.mil.
