The system administration module / interface must have extensive configuration capability and flexibility to incorporate a dynamic set of USPS business rules. The system should be data-driven, hardware independent, and must be cost effective to maintain and manage, in order to lower the Total Cost of Ownership for the USPS. The ultimate goal of the USPS is to ?Enhance The Overall Customer Experience? and achieve corporate ?Revenue Goals?
