Description

GSA SEEKS INFORMATION ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE IN SEATAC, WASHINGTON-AMOUNT: 12,000-12, 500 rentable square feet. LOCATION: West of Military Road S, North of S. 200th Street, East of 8th Avenue S, from 8th Avenue South the boundary is 188th Way heading east to International Blvd then heading north on International Blvd South of 160th Street. All properties within this area will be considered. REQUIREMENTS: AMOUNT: 12,000-12, 500 rentable square feet of first class office space, ADA accessable. Specific services, supplies and tenant improvements are to be part of the rental consideration. TERM: lease term will be 5 years, with one hundred eighty (180) days termination rights after 3 years.
