Description: The purpose of this solicitation is: Establishing an institution (America India Development Alliance ) designed to foster durable development partnerships between US and Indian organizations. The contractor is to assist in legally establishing, fully incorporated and functional America India Development Alliance (AIDA) with a duly constituted board of Directors and Key Staff, and make AIDA fully qualified to receive Grant from USAID by having prepared its initial vision & principle statement, strategy, budget and all required operations manuals & guidelines.
