Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSBP1104Q1105(a). This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document incorporates provisions an clauses and are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16. This requirement is solicited as non-restricted. The NAICS code is 1120 with a size standard of 21.0 Million. Contractor's are still required to identify their company's business size even though unrestricted. Clin 0001: Full Service Maintenance for the following equipment and estimated monthly usage.: Canon Color Copiers: IR8500 usage 35,296 per month, Clin 002: IR8500 usage 54,927 per month, Clin 003: IR8500 usage 44,279 per month, Clin 004: IR330;G usage 4,562 per month, Clin 005: IR3300G usage 3200 per month,: Clin 006: IR600, usage 15,824 per month, Clin 007: IR550 Usage 21,332 per month, Clin 007: CLC1120 usage 475 per month, Clin 008: CLC1180 6,793 per month, Clin 009: CLC5000 usage 86,925 per month Cin 0010: CLC3900 usage 13,793 per month. Clin 11: excess copy charges for both black and white and color copies. Full Service Maintenance shall include all parts, labor, travel and service for the copier and all accessories. Deliver To: Customs and Border Protection, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington DC 20229. Period of Performance: anticipated to be one year.
