- The USCG MLCP in Alameda, CA, proposes to contract for the Drydock and Repair of the USCGC JARVIS (WHEC 725), a 375? high endurance cutter. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Performance will be accomplished in U.S. Navy Drydock No. 4 at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. PHNSY will perform both the docking and undocking of the cutter, and provide specified temporary services for the availability. The vessel?s availability is for fifty-six (56) calendar days, starting 9 June 2004 through 4 August 2004. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 336611 with a size standard of less than 1,000 employees.
