Description

NA Provide for the development, scheduling, coordination, training and presentation of a 280 hour law enforcement certification program of instruction in accordance with Training Circular 1-138 for approximately 70 Department of Army (DA) Police Officers. Co ntractor shall provide for examinations, course administration and compilation of training records. Training records shall belong to the Government. This is a firm fixed-price contract. This procurement will consist of a Base Year, 1 March 2004 through 2 8 February 2005, with four one-year option periods. The contract shall consist of one training session per year with one option item per year for training of approximately 10 to 15 additional students. This requirement is unrestricted. To be considered a small business, the size standard for any concern, including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for it preceding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $6 Million.
