Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for the lease of building space within 2 miles of Southern California Logistics Airport, Victorville, California from December 29 2003 January 30, 2004.: This award will be made on all or none basis. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in th is notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) under W911SA-NTC-001. This request for quotations and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17. This action is set aside for small business; the NAICS code and applicable size standard is 531190 and $6 Million. A fixed price contract is anticipated for five line items. CLIN 0001 Quantity 1 EA 7,500 square foot building with 30 foot ceilings for use as a vehicle maintenance center. No other equipment is required. CLIN 0002 Quantity 1 EA 7,000 square foot building for the use as a dining facility. No cooking will occur in the building. Trash facilities are required. Dining tables and a kitchen are required. CLIN 0003 Quantity 90 Rooms to include two twin beds, one lamp, with nightstands or dressers, 2 wall lockers and one private bathroom per room. CLIN 0004 Quantity 1 EA 9,700 square foot building. CLIN 0005 Quantity 1 LOT Utility cost for the electricity of all four buildings.
