Description

NOUN: MODULE, ASSEMBLY, RH; NSN: 1560-01-236-3078, P/N: 70308-03613-042, Quantity: 15 each, one 100% Option, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. Approved source is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT 06615-9129, (CAGE 78286). F. O.B. Origin with delivery to, XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 15 each, 05 each per month initially, 370 DACA with 05 each thereafter until completi on. This part must be acquired for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design c apability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economica lly available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineeri ng activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. This acquisition contains data, which is considered critical technology and has been restrict ed for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date anno tated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
