YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST. **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED** (EMAIL: barbara.weihs@redstone.army.mil ) System: Air-To-Air Stinger (ATAS), PRON: D13F0198, Nomenclature: Electronic Component, NSN: 5998-01-458-9987, PN: 481-300001. This requirement requires two (2) each, first article submitted for testing. Delivery Schedule 230 days after contract award . 100 days for production of first article, 30 days testing and 100 days for delivery of production quantity. Delivery schedule without first article, 100 days after contract award. This item has been identified by IMMC as having a potential for signifi cant quantity fluctuation due to the customers changing supply demand. As such, Incremental Quantity Program provisions will be included to reflect a minimum quantity of 30, a known quantity of 50, and a maximum quantity of 250. The proposed contract wil l be firm fixed price, requirements contract. This proposed acquisition also includes out year requirements for (2) two years with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. Destinations to be furnished. The closing date annotate d is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government intends to solicit and neg otiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with firm(s) listed. The Government does not possess adequate documentation to acquire from other than the approved source. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
