- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 10,535 rentable square feet yielding 7,966 to 9,161 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Belleville, Illinois. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: The city limits of Belleville, IL, excluding the area north / northwest of 57th Street extended; The city limits of Swansea, IL; The city limits of Fairview Heights, IL; The area bounded by Fairview Heights on the north, Swansea/Belleville on the south, Old Collinsville Road on the east and Sullivan Drive/Union Hill Road on the west. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required for 38 vehicles.
