Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to enter into a sole source purchase order with Inside Washington Publishers for the acquisition of an electronic site license to the publication entitled ?InsideEPA? and ?SuperFund Report?. InsideEPA and SuperFund Report are weekly periodicals which specialize in news events in the environmental field. This periodical is published only by Inside Washington Publishers under copyright. The Inside EPA is a unique publication which is used as a reference for NRC technical staff and management. The Period of Performance will be January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004, with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Inside Washington Publishers, 1225 Jefferson Davis Highway, Suite 1400, Arlington, VA 22202 for a firm fixed priced contract for the publication referenced above. This is not a solicitation for proposals. However, should vendors believe they are capable they must submit a written capability statement including technical information sufficient to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet this requirement to the address shown above no later than December 29, 2003. Telephonic responses and responses providing insufficient information for evaluation will not be considered.
