Description
The United States Coast Guard Maintenance & Logistics Command, Pacific in Alameda, California, proposes to contract an indefinite delivery type contracts for Haulout and routine repairs to 47-foot Motor Life Boats, assigned to Group Seattle and Group Port Angeles, Washington. Refer to the sources sought notice for HUBZone Set-Aside under solicitation DTCG85-04-R-041018 issued 31 October 2003. This procurement will be Small Business Set-Aside. Contract will be for one base year and up to four option years. Routine repairs include but not limited to structural, mechanical, piping, electrical repairs and alterations. Location of work will be at the contractors’ facility. The place of performance is geographically restricted to contractors’ facilities within 300 nautical miles of each boats assigned station. Boats are assigned to Groups Seattle and Port Angeles, Washington and located at Bellingham, Neah Bay and Quillayute, Washington. Attention: Minority, Women owned, and disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
