Description
The OTG Scanning system consists of four workstations and a storage station. The storage station is a computer server and Jukebox with optical disks for storage of the information. The programs operating the system are stored on the server as are images prior to evening storage to optical disk. There are two paper scanning stations and two microfilm/microfiche scanning stations. One paper scanning station and one microfilm/microfiche scanning station in Rm 176 of Building 100 and one of each is located in room 171 of Building 110. The maintenance contract for this system must cover all software updates and maintenance on two products the Kodak 1500D paper scanner and Minolta MS3000 microfilm reader/printer and scanner. Both are located in Building 110 in room 171. The maintenance contract is for one year and includes the following: 10 concurrent software licenses for ApplicationXtender and WebXtender. These programs are loaded on approximately 40 desktop systems in buildings 100 and 110. They allow 10 concurrent users to work in the system at one time. Maintenance includes updates and upgrades by an OTG Certified engineer and trouble shooting for problems. 3 OTG ScanXtender license and software. This software is loaded on each of the scanning stations and allows for concurrent scanning of documents at (2 or 3) scanning stations. Maintenance includes updates and upgrades by an OTG Certified engineer and trouble shooting for operational problems. Two ISIS Runtime Driver License?s and OTG software for Kodak scanners and maintenance. Maintenance performed and parts replacement on a Kodak 1500D scanner. OTG DiscXtender maintenance including updates and upgrades and trouble shooting for operational problems. HP support on site performed by HP certified technician. Maintenance on a MS3000 Microfilm scanner/printer, unlimited service calls, parts and labor with preventative maintenance performed two times a year. Service must be provided within 8 hours of request or the next business day with onsite and telephone support. The maintenance is for a period of one year beginning 23 Dec 2003 through 22 Dec 2008. The OTG technician must be have appropriate training and be certified for ApplicationXtender, ScanXtender, WebXtender and DiskXtender. The Minolta technician must be certified for MS3000 as a Minolta trained and certified technician. Support should be available on a daily basis, Monday through Friday between 8-5 by a certified technician. The previous is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to DM 2000 Inc., San Antonio, Texas.
