Description

This is a sources sought synopsis. A solicitation is not currently available, however, the following description is provided to assist offerors in determining their interest in providing the requested services. Services, Non Personal: Contractor to provide all labor and meet all requirements necessary to perform the functions described in the statement of work which will be included in the solicitation package. The vendor shall provide orthopedic administrative services for orthopedic patients as scheduled by the Government. The vendor shall provide support in established facilities at the 52nd Medical Group, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. The vendor shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the performance work statement, and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization. Potential offerors must provide documents providing evidence of education, training, license, experience, certification and expertise of a health care provider. The estimated performance start date is 01 February 2004. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 621399. For the purpose of this procurement the acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Potential offerors should indicate interest in this acquisition by providing, not later than 15 calendar days of this notice, evidence of his interest to perform this requirement.
