Description

The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to remove and replace approximately 9,750 feet of insulated pre-engineered outdoor underground high temperature water piping with manhole and barracks crawl space pipin g. Piping system serves Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri military installation 1000 area barracks, dining hall, battalion headquarters, administration/storage and dispensary buildings. Depending on project bid pricing, an additional 1,140 feet of insulated pr e-engineered outdoor underground piping with manhole piping may be removed and replaced. Asbestos abatement of pipe insulation is required for outdoor underground piping system and manhole piping. The project shall be completed from May 15 through Septem ber 15, 2004. Contractor shall provide a temporary system for barracks domestic water heating and dining hall steam generation for cooking. Construction area utilities, routing and details will be indicated on project drawings. Project range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only. Reference the solicitation number,state the name of the requestor, mailing address, e-mail address, telpephone number, DUNS Number, Cage Code, and TIN. A FAX Request will be accepted. The DOC FAX Number is 573.596.0267. Contractor must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Agency.
