Description

The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, CA, has identified a requirement to solicit for Landscape Services at Diamond X Ranch, Paramount Ranch, and Peter Strauss Ranch located at the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, Thousand Oaks, CA. The contract will be for a base period and three option years. The work will include mowing, fertilizing, irrigating and aerating lawn areas and trimming surrounding vegetation. A Site Visit will be held on January 13, 2003 at 9:00 am, at 2903 Cornel Rd. Agoura Hills, CA. 91302. This procurement is set aside for small business firms. The National Park Service encourages and welcomes the participation of small business firms, minority-owned business firms and women owned business concerns. This solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior's (DOI) National Business Center (NBC) website : http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with the Department of Interior are requested to register at the NBC website, at "Vendor Registration". In addition, as part of the E-Government Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) initiative throughout the Federal Government, all vendors are required to register at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website: www.ccr.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register at the NBC website to receive notification of this specific solicitation. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee of notification.
