- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Hotel/Motel Lodging in support of Naval Air Station Willow Grove, PA. Requirements will be solicited as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR part 12, using simplified acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR, part 13.5. Contractor will provide up to (a) 90 double occupancy hotel/motel rooms two Friday nights and two Saturday nights per month; and up to (b) 5 double occupancy hotel/motel rooms every Sunday through Thursday night for the period 01 February 2004 through 31 January 2005 plus four one year option periods. Orders for the rooms will be placed as needed. Facilities must be located within 5 miles from the NAS Willow Grove. The solicitation will consider past performance and price as evaluating factors and will be evaluated under FAR, part 13 procedures. A firm fixed price commercial items type, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity purchase order is anticipated. The applicable NAICS code is 721110 with a size standard of $6.0M. The RFQ will be issued on an electronic basis only and can be located upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil. The Request For Quotation number for this acquisition is changed from N00140-03-Q-0134 to N00140-04-Q-0726 to reflect issuance in current Government fiscal year.
