- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis for twenty-five (25) Training Subscription Seats, and 100 Training Units to SPSS Inc., Arlington, VA to cover a 1 year period. All responsible sources that can meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 10 days after the published date of this announcement. No solicitations will be issued; therefore such request for solicitation will be considered non-responsive. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA number if applicable; business size and payment terms. Quotes will be accepted by facsimile, mail, or email. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile therefore would be accepted by mail or email. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by facsimile to Adrienne Spruill, Contract Specialist, 202/283-1511, mail, or email Adrienne.m.spruill@irs.gov.
