- Description
- Notice that the General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service (FTS), Federal Technology Service(10FT), 400 15th Street S.W., Auburn, WA, 98001-6599 intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Platform Computing Inc under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition for maintenance and support. This request is considered to be sole source to Platform Computing Inc. therefore no solicitation will result from this announcement. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. All price quotations shall be submitted to Jennifer Stewart, no later than 12/26/03 at 3:00 PM PST. Price quotations may be sent via either facsimile to 253-876-7179 or by email to Jennifer.stewart@gsa.gov. No telephone requests for this RFQ will be honored. Numbered Note 1 & 22 applies.
