Description

THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IS: M.L. McDANIEL, 914-360-3656 OR 914-360-3657. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT MAJ SHARON ORLANDO. The objective of this contract is to establish a theater wide personnel identification badging program for Operation Iraqi Freedom. The scope is limited to perimeter access of Coalition Facilities in Baghdad, Iraq, CJTF-7 military installations/encampment within Iraq and one installation in Kuwait.`.Identification of access to classified areas, special access programs, sensitive compartmented facilities is NOT within the scope of this statement of work. Contractor shall provide dedicated, independent teams throughout the Theatre. The Badge Processing Team shall support the CJTF Force Protection branch in providing theater specific identification badges to all members of the Coalition Forces, those who are performing work in support of the coalition, to include foreign nationals hired by the Coalition. The Badging Processing Teams will review all requisite documents prior to issuing of badges; process all application forms and maintain a database of personnel issued theater badges. The Contractor shall provide a Theatre Manager and two Deputy Managers at Baghdad, Iraq, to assist, supervise, coordinate, train and monitor all aspects of the Badge Processing Teams.
