The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed price award. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
