- The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) has identified a need to establish a national contract to provide Credit Reporting Services for employment purposes. The Contractor shall provide Credit Reporting Services to various FBOP locations throughout the United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico on an as needed basis. The Government contemplates award of Indefinite Delivery-Requirements contract with Firmed-Fixed Unit Prices. The anticipated term of the contract includes a one year base period and four one year option periods. The estimated quantities for the base year period and four one year option periods are as follows: Line item 1 Credit Reports for Employment Purpose 20,800; Line item 2 Matching Social Security Numbers 500; and Line item 3 Decoding of Trade Line Information 9,534. Option year one: Line item one Credit Reports for Employment Purpose- 22,800; Line item 2 Matching Social Security Numbers-600; and Line item 3 Decoding of Trade Line Information 11,740. Option year Two: Line item 1 Credit Reports for Employment Purpose- 24,800; Line item 2 Matching Social Security Numbers-750; and Line item 3 Decoding of Trade Line Information 13,138. Option year Three: Line item 1 Credit Reports for Employment Purpose- 25,800; Line item 2 Matching Social Security Numbers-800; and Line item 3 Decoding of Trade Line Information-14,760. Option year Four: Line item 1 Credit Reports for Employment Purpose- 26,000; Line item 2 Matching Social Security Numbers-950; and Line item 3 Decoding of Trade Line Information 16,644. The base year performance period will be from date of award through 12 months, Option Year One performance period shall be from 13 months through 24 months from date of award, Option Year Two performance period shall be from 25 months through 36 months from date of award, Option Year Three performance period shall be from 37 months through 48 months from date of award, and Option Year Four performance period shall be from 49 months through 60 months from date of award. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside, open to only small businesses. The NAIC code is 561450. The FBOP anticipates posting the solicitation to the government electronic point of entry, Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about January 12, 2004. The anticipated response due date for quotations is January 26, 2004. All responsible sources meeting the requirements listed in the solicitation may submit a quote which will be considered by the FBOP.
