Description

Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, expertise, and incidentals necessary to perform third-party International Organization for Standardization (ISO) surveillance audits by an external independent organization to sustain current ISO 9001:2000 registration at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC). It is anticipated that the surveillance audits will be conducted twice a year. A service contract is contemplated. Anticipated period of performance is a one-year (1) Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Potential contractors must be accredited through the American National Standards Institute - Registrar Accreditation Board (ANSI-RAB) to perform external ISO 9001:2000 audits and be able to certify compliance. Also, the contractor shall have a history of, and be accredited by the ANSI-RAB, to perform surveillance audits to the ISO Aerospace Standard 9100 and be able to certify compliance. If the OC-ALC decides at a future date to seek registration under the Aerospace Standard 9100, the contractor shall be able to conduct surveillance audits to that standard. Surveillance audits will include all registered Quality Management System (QMS) organizations. The requirement will be pursued under an unrestricted open market acquisition IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
