- INTERESTED FIRMS MUST BE REGISTERED TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND MEET THE REQUISITES OF ITALIAN LAW 109 OF 11 FEB 1994 AND SUCCESSFUL SCREENING BY THE ITALIAN MINISTRY OF DEFENSE. FIRMS WISHING TO PARTICIPATE ARE REQUIRED TO EMAIL THEIR INTEREST TO THE PRIMARY OR ALTERNATE POINT OF CONTACT. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: BETWEEN $100,000.00 AND $250,000.00. ENTITA? DEL PROGETTO: TRA $100,000.00 E $250,000.00. The scope of this project consists in the design and construction of a Baseball/Softball Batting Cage, located in Area F, Aviano Air Base, Italy. After completion of the design phase the construction work includes the following operations: a. CIVIL WORK AND ARCHITECTURAL WORK: Excavation and sub-base preparation, construction of concrete slab, construction of concrete foundations, construction of perimeter and internal fencing, storm water drain line, installation of metal canopy for machine housing, furnishing and installation of main post and equipment supports. b. ELECTRICAL WORK: Furnishing and installation of electrical panels and feeding lines, furnishing and installation of internal and external lighting system, furnishing and installation of power system and outlets, furnishing and installation of grounding, lightning and equipotentiality systems, furnishing and installation of electrical feeding and distribution within the area, final testing of all systems and supply of relevant certificates signed by authorized technician/engineer listed in the Board of Test Engineers. ITALIANO. Lo scopo del presente progetto consiste nella progettazione e costruzione di un?area addestramento battitori di Baseball/Softbaall, nell?Area F, della Base Area di Aviano. Dopo il completamento della fase di progettazione tale lavoro incude le seguenti opere principali: a. LAVORI CIVILI: Scavo, e preparazione sottofondo, costruzione soletta in cls, costruzione di fondazioni in cls, costruzione recinzione perimetrale ed interna, linea drenaggi acque meteoriche, costruzione tettoia metallica per ricovero machine, fornitura ed installazione di palo centrale e di supporti machine. b. LAVORI ELETTRICI: Fornitura ed installazione di quadri elettrici e linee di alimentazione, fornitura ed installazione di impianti di illuminazione interno ed esterno, fornitura ed installazione di impianti di prese di servizio e forza motrice, fornitura ed installazione di impianti di terra, protezione contro le scariche atmosferiche ed equipotenziale; fornitura ed installazione di cavidotto e linea elettrica di alimentazione e di distribuzione all?interno dell?area, esecuzione delle prove di collaudo di tutti gli impianti e fornitura di certificati firmati da tecnico/Ingegnere abilitato ed iscritto all'Albo dei Collaudatori.
