Description

The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick intends to conduct negotiations with and award a purchase order to Capewell Components, Co., Frost Engineering Division, 105 Nutmeg Road S., South Windsor, CT 06074 on a noncompetitive basis for the purchase of 6,000 each Canopy Release Assembly Refurbish Kit, CAGE CODE 29645, Capewell P/N 100686-2K; NSN: 1670-01-503-9822. All deliveries will be F.O.B. Destination with shipment to XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mi ssion Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Deliveries of shipments will commence within 90 days after receipt of contract and be completed by 330 days after receipt of contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33 2999; the size standard is 500 employees. This notification should not be misconstrued as a request for proposal. The U.S. Army??????s requirement is for the Canopy Release Assembly Refurbish Kit, which is a safety critical device with exact manufacturin g requirements. Capewell owns the technical data rights.
