- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, intends to modify an existing contract with City of Hopewell, Hopewell Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility (HRWTF), 300 Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, for additional sludge removal/disposal requirements from NSWC, for the period ending 30 September 2004, in support of NSWC?s Industrial Wastewater Management Plan, and permits issued by the state of Virginia.
